The word 'menstruation' comes from the Greek menus meaning both moon and power, and men meaning month. latin = monthly cycle.
The word 'woman' = wombman? Comes from the bible whereas God made Adam then took part of the rib from Adam to make a woman. So, as far as the bible is concerned we ladies came from a man's womb. In 1970, it was changed due to female rights.
